1. Service Scope

NadaMoves provides software and coordination tools for customers, merchants, riders, managers, and administrators. We may update, improve, pause, or retire features when required for safety, compliance, maintenance, or business operations.

2. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate registration, contact, and business information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.
  • You must promptly update incorrect profile information, delivery addresses, and contact details.

3. Orders, Payments, and Fulfillment

  • Orders are subject to merchant confirmation, branch availability, operating hours, rider assignment, and fraud or safety checks.
  • Displayed pricing may include delivery fees, service fees, surge adjustments, promotions, taxes, or other charges shown during checkout.
  • Refunds, cancellations, and adjustments may depend on order status, merchant action, payment method, and platform policy.

4. Merchant and Partner Obligations

Merchants and operational partners must maintain lawful business practices, accurate inventory and pricing, safe handling standards, and truthful descriptions of goods or services. NadaMoves may suspend or restrict access for policy, compliance, or risk concerns.

5. Acceptable Use

  • No misuse, abuse, reverse engineering, scraping, automated account creation, or interference with platform availability.
  • No fraudulent orders, false delivery claims, impersonation, or unauthorized access attempts.
  • No unlawful, harmful, or deceptive use of the service or submitted content.

6. Content and Communications

You authorize NadaMoves to send operational notices, verification codes, receipts, order updates, support communications, and security alerts through the contact channels connected to your account.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access when accounts violate these terms, create operational risk, fail verification or approval requirements, or threaten the safety or reliability of the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NadaMoves is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions, third-party conduct, merchant or rider actions, or user-submitted inaccuracies.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of NadaMoves after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised terms.
